Professional Background
During his 15-year corporate career at Bank of America Investment Services {today Merrill Lynch} he distinguished himself in building successful teams through what today has been branded as The Coach Approach to Management. Quickly understood to have a unique talent for unleashing hidden talents and helping team members become unstuck, he managed 4 offices that had been identified as underperformers and took them all to top decile performance. Two he took to #1 in the form.
In 2003, he formed his own sales training and coaching company. As a peak performance coach and strategist, he has developed several award-winning programs. His coaching clients are frequently ranked among the best of the best in industry publications.
Fascinated with the Human Experience, he has been on a path of self-discovery of our True Nature as Spiritual Beings having a human experience. Today, he helps individuals and organizations from all walks to life lead a fully aligned with Being. The result is a clearer understanding of the nature of stress and mental static and the roles they play in dysfunction and disease and through his various programs he shows a clearer path to living in harmony with the way the mind actually works.
Seek Liberation
In this presentation at the ATOM Center in Anchorage, Bobby gives an overview of our life viewed through a perceived reality. He discusses the nature of suffering and how we can transcend the illusion that is at the source of suffering. While this covers a bit about the way he works with clients, it was primarily designed to preview a group program he delivered call Seek Liberation

The first thing you can expect is a complimentary exploratory session. Because the nature of the work that we do is 100% completely customized to the unique needs, situation and desired outcomes of the individual, it is difficult to describe the nature of one individual client’s journey, and virtually no two client’s journeys are alike. We begin with an exploratory session. These are designed to give you the experience of an actual session. The purpose of this session is to help give you clarity around the changes you would like to make starting with where you are currently and we you would like to go. Assuming, we believe we are a good fit for the outcomes you desire, we will give you are couple of options of ways we can work together.
